*This class will explore and collaboratively create a form based on current events, opinions, and ideas. Inspired by "The Living Newspaper," students will be challenged to develop a point of view on news stories, both the headlines and the frivolous, and to use the events of the day to inspire improvised scenes, some satire, and maybe even a little chat about what people are thinking about right now.
