Either a lottery or selected by teacher. Not first come first served.

I've applied to 2 ASHs and haven't gotten into either. Is there any system that will ensure I eventually get into one?? Thanks!

I'll let you know on this board and probably on the class description page.

Although, you should submit your name either way, right? It's free to submit.

STAT TIME!

Brandon Scott Jones's ASH had 168 applicants.
Both of Nate Dern's ASHes had 94 applicants (odd coincidence).
Gavin Speiller's ASP had 229 applicants, which HAS to be a record. Not all of the students that applied were eligible.
Kevin Hines's ASP had 179 applicants. Not everyone was eligible for this either. Kevin is still looking at applications and we will let people know either way in the next few days.

Joey,

Was the Hensler ASH 9683 a lottery class or chosen by the instructor? The landing page said it was chosen by the instructor, but the email I got said it was a lottery.

Leeapoth, it was a lottery. The landing page was a mistake. Sorry for any confusion.

Gator stats: 168 applicants, not all eligible
Hensler Monday Night Class: 89 applicants
Hensler Wednesday Morning Class: 25 applicants. There's a possibility that if not all 16 approved students register for this class that we will put it back online and accept more applications.
