Bumping this up because not everyone is reading it.

Due to the volume of requests, I can only answer specific questions about classes in specific time slots that are well labeled. I just don't have the time/resources to tell you all the upcoming offerings of, say, Improv 201. Sorry!

Also, as we approach summer, scheduling gets even more hectic because teachers are out of town, so I don't know too far in advance which classes will be going up.

Just a reminder - if you don't make your request and subject specific, I won't answer it.

Hi everyone,

Don't forget to read this thread before asking your question.

I can only answer questions that are specific and well-labeled so that other people can find them.

I won't answer scheduling questions via email or PM because then I'll have to keep answering the same questions over and over.

So if you want to know if there will be an Improv 101 course Monday nights in January, ask in a thread labeled "Improv 101 Monday nights January" - don't call it "Improv 101" or "Class Question" or something vague like that.

Hi everyone,

I hate to sound like a jerk, but please follow these directions. Threads with vague subject lines or where someone asks an unrelated question are not really useful and I can't take the time to answer all of them.

In short:

If you have a question, please be as specific as possible in the subject line, like "Monday Night Sketch 101 starting soon?" DO NOT make the subject line "Sketch 101" or "Sketch Question"

If the thread is called "Monday Night Sketch 101 starting soon" and we're discussing when the next Monday night sketch 101 class will be, don't also ask about the next Thursday afternoon class in that thread. Start a new thread.

I want these boards to be useful to everyone, which means labeling discussions well so that multiple students who have the same question can find answers.

Here is a calendar of all classes currently in session or starting soon:
http://newyork.ucbtrainingcenter.com/courses/calendar

Please check that calendar before asking about our general offerings. Our weeknight classes tend to sell out the fastest, so it may look like we only offer daytime classes because those are the only ones currently available, but we offer classes every week night.

Saturday/Sunday Improv 201 starting soon?

Postby rebecca_bates » Fri May 17, 2013 10:19 am

I'm so sorry if this has been answered about a thousand places on this forum, but I can't for the life of me find when the next Saturday or Sunday Improv 201 will be offered. I can't take any classes during the week. Thanks so much for your help!

Please read the first post in this thread.

Summary: Start a new thread in the Training Center forum. Make the subject as specific as possible.

Putting your class requests in this thread will not get them looked at or answered.

Seriously, actually read this viewtopic.php?f=10&t=3481 then start a new thread, don't just reply.
