Hiring College Credit Interns for Fall: TourCo, Admin, TC

We're looking to hire fall interns for the following departments:

These internships are for college credit only.

-TourCo/Sales
-Admin/Office
-Training Center

UCB Administration Intern, duties:

--Data entry on EXCEL per Fiscal Manager
--Answering calls at the front desk
--Accepting reservations and placing into our online reservation system
--Running errands to and from either UCB Theatre (Chelsea) and UCB East Village Theatre
--Organizing and filing paperwork upon request
--Data entry for IT Department on backend catalog for video and audio files
--Proficiency in EXCEL, WORD, GOOGLE DOCS, DropBox (file-sharing application)
--Research and problem-solving skills a MUST

UCB Touring Company Intern (Admin & Sales), duties:


--Preparing TourCo marketing packets (one-sheets, promo brochures, etc.).
--Some light phone work to colleges to confirm touring information.
--Inventory of TourCo promo supplies.
--Faxing/Emailing documents to corporate and college contacts.
--Using TourCo's Facebook page to promote soon-to-be shows or share news articles
on shows that have toured recently.
--Data entry and proficiency in content management systems (CMS).
--Proficiency in EXCEL, WORD, GOOGLE DOCS, Photoshop
--Aiding the TourCo Sales Manager on tasks related to cold-calling colleges, theatre
venues, corporate entities for potential sale of workshops/events
--Research travel information

UCB Training Center Intern, duties:

--Organizing improv and sketch student and teacher folders/class packets.
--Researching and compiling data on students and classes, per Director of Student
Affairs or Academic Supervisor.
--Proficiency in EXCEL, WORD, GOOGLE DOCS, DropBox (file-sharing application)
--Research and problem-solving skills a MUST
--Aiding Training Center Registrars with Data Entry and make-up class registrations
--Front Desk: Assisting the Front Desk Admin on merchandise inventory and
organizing, processing class registration forms and payment
--Filing and organizing student files accordingly
