Class cards and online purchases

When we take improv classes, we get a class card that is redeemable at select shows. Many improv shows are now available for online purchase, but of course there is not option to use the class card online. Is it possible to get a refund/partial refund in person with the class card if we purchase online? Or is it necessary to wait until tickets become available for pay-at-the-door (if they do last that long)?

Side note: one option on the pull-down menu for card payment says "Discovery." Should this be "Discover"?
