Starting on November 1, you will need a government-issued ID to get into the building that houses the UCB Training Center in New York (520 Eighth Ave).
During the hours of 8am-midnight, seven (7) days a week, all visitors requiring access to 520 Eighth Avenue must show a valid government issued identification card. Student identification will also be accepted. Children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by an adult with valid government identification.
Your UCB Student ID will not count as identification for this purpose.
If you don't have a government-issued ID, I'd recommend IDNYC: http://www1.nyc.gov/site/idnyc/index.page
It's free and also comes with benefits like free museum entry at many NYC institutions, and many people are eligible:
IDNYC benefits every city resident, including the most vulnerable communities—the homeless, youth, the elderly, undocumented immigrants, the formerly incarcerated and others who may have difficulty obtaining other government-issued ID.
