Screen name deleted

I made a screen name this past Monday and then when I went to login today, I found it had been deleted completely. I thought I'd forgotten my password and when I attempted to retrieve it, that's when I saw that my screen name no longer existed. Why would this happen?

That would have been me, thinking your screen name was made by a spammer. I delete spam accounts in bulk, and occasionally I accidentally delete an actual user! Sorry about that. I try my best, but every once in a while I completely mess up.
