Aspect Ratio problem

Aspect Ratio problem

Help me out! The last six videos (taped stage shows) I entered were widescreen format AppleTV files. I selected the widescreen option, but the images were smooshed into a 4:3 frame once uploaded. I can't figure out how to fix - please advise!
