Practice Spaces

I've got a group of people ready to start a practice session. We've even managed the task of picking a time that works for all of us. Now we need a space.

I know some groups rent studios at The Complex. They are unavailable at my group's chosen time. Do people know some other similar spaces that are affordable and rent-able by the hour?
