WICF is open to all comedians of all genders. International comedians are welcome to apply, but WICF is not able to pay for travel. Apply by November 15 at the regular rate, with submissions open until December 7.

WICF is co-produced by Michelle Barbera, Hillary Buckholtz, Maria Ciampa, Elyse Schuerman. Michelle McNulty is an associate producer.
