Thank you to everyone from the UCB community who participated in the first round of Harold Team auditions this past week.

I was incredibly proud and impressed by the quality of improv in this community.

In the end, there were over 400 people competing for just 64 callback slots. There were many, many great people who had solid auditions that we just didn't have room to callback. That is, unfortunately, the nature of any sort of endeavor in which there is a finite number of opportunities.
