Thanks for all the information, but I was wondering: if a student hasn't completed Character 101, but has completed a Character ASH, would that satisfy the pre-requisites?

ASH = Advanced Study Harold - which would be an improv class. A focus on improvising characters is different than the focus of WRITING Characters, which happens in Character 101. So the answer is no, it does not satisfy the pre-requisite.
